I started coding for fun as a teenager — it grew into my main occupation. At 30, after years of autodidact training, I studied Software Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Hagenberg.
10+ years of leading and supporting engineering teams — always hands-on, always writing code myself. Today I build AI agents and agentic workflows for production and connect them with modern web apps and (legacy) systems. I help teams put coding agents to productive use without compromising on code quality.
At heart, I'm still a tinkerer.
AI engineer building production-grade agents and agentic workflows that solve real problems. This is backed by over two decades of hands-on full-stack engineering. Through more than 10 years of leading engineering teams, I have always kept writing code myself. I like to get the most out of what's already there: connecting agents, modern web apps and legacy systems. I help teams put coding agents to productive use without compromising on code quality, while staying in control: writing code where it matters, set the architecture, review, and decide what goes to production.
